Everyone will automatically be enrolled. If you wish to not be enrolled please call Serveline directly at 1-877-201-6084. You will see a new charge of $1.85 per month for this service starting July 1 2023
Basics of how this program works:
- You must be a residential property.
- Your water leak must be at least double of your average usage
- Serveline will pay up to $500 in water loss, however you will still be responsible for your average bill. For example, if your average bill (of a 12 month period) is $28.68 and you have a leak that makes your bill $200, serveline will pay $171.32 of your bill.
- You will need to call 1-877-201-6084 to make any claims.
